What Your RideSupporter Will Do:

Help You Get Comfortable:

Your RideSupporter will assist with light mobility tasks, like helping you sit, stand, or move around. Currently we don’t support specialized medical care or wheelchair transport.

Arrange and Assist with Safe Transport:

They’ll make sure your transportation from the clinic to your home is sorted and assist you during the journey, so you can get home safely and stress-free.

Set You Up for Recovery:

Once you’re home, your RideSupporter will help you settle in. They’ll organize your recovery space, make sure you’re comfortable, and get things ready for your rest and recovery.

Support Your Health:

They’ll remind you about medications and follow any care instructions given by your healthcare provider. Plus, they’ll leave any important documents or instructions from the clinic with you.

Keep Things Tidy:

RideSupporters can tidy up, sweep, and do light laundry, ensuring your space is clean and comfortable for your recovery.

Ensure Your Safety:

They’ll keep an eye out for anything unsafe. If anything serious happens—like an injury or emergency—they’ll report it right away to the Emergency Contact, Clinic care coordinators, or 911 Emergency.
